Oregon Episcopal’s Lauren Tittel says she never feels like she can simply dedicate herself to just one race.

With a docket on Friday that included the 1,500, the 800 and the 4x400 relay, the stalwart sophomore’s logical impulse was to save energy on each of her races in order to perform consistently throughout her day at historic Hayward Field.
